“When I say my prayers….”

Thanksgiving is more than a day for turkey. Scripture says that the Lord lives enthroned on the praises of the people. Your thanks and praise are part of that. At your gathering, why not try a variation of the game, “When I pack my suitcase, I take….” Get each person around the table or the room to say, “When I say my prayers, I thank God for….” As the next person repeats the first thanksgiving and then adds their own, it becomes clear we have a lot to thank God for.
